What is a “hit”?
A click is considered as a hit when it returns some or all data fields covered by a service.
How do I know which Subscription package is best for me?
We invite you to contact us so our team can discuss your data needs and define the best suitable package.
How do I get a Findataportal Account?
We will also give you a free trial access so you can judge for yourself.
Accounts are created by FDP staff following credible requests.
Requests can be made by filling our on-line Contact form or alternatively by completing the Free Trial form.
What are FDP’s websites?

How do I access the services?
Your account manager will provide you with personal login details.
You can log into the portal via www.findataportal.com.
Once logged in, to access a service simply click on its name in the left hand-side menu.
Account Management
Can I subscribe to services from different providers?
Yes. FDP is a very flexible solution which allows user to subscribe to any service packages offered on the portal.
When does my subscription start?
Subscriptions start at the date of contract signature.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes. On the anniversary day, subscriptions are automatically renewed for another year.
How do I cancel my services?
To cancel a service you have to furnish the appropriate data provider with written notice of termination in accordance with their License Agreement.
Who do I contact for Support?
FDP offers an Online Support Centre enabling good and efficient communications between FDP, all the different data providers and the end-users. Any query you may have should be sent through the portal so they are automatically addressed to the correct department.
This Support Centre allows you to easily manage queries and responses.
Alternatively, you can contact your account manager.
Billing & Payments
How do you charge for your services?
The charging system varies according to the subscription packages.
- Under the Basic Package, you are charged per hit.
- Under the Custom Package, you pay a minimum fee of $300 and then are charged for any extra hits you make.
- Under the Portfolio Package, charges vary according to the size of your portfolio.
- For all other packages, you pay a monthly flat fee.
In which currency will FDP bill its customers?
FDP will only bill its customers in US Dollars.
How often will I be invoiced?
Invoices are sent on a monthly basis with the exception of the Basic package where you are invoiced every time you reach $50.
When will I be invoiced?
You will be invoiced one month in arrears according to your subscription package and the volume of hits made.
What payment options does Findataportal support?
Invoice can be paid via bank transfer or online via debit/credit cards.
